Travel Experiences at CVU
CVU recognizes the importance our global community. We will be adding links to all of our travel experiences here.
Every two years CVU takes a group of students to Denmark and Sweden during April vacation. The students will stay with Danish families and at a sister boarding school as well as traveling through cities like Copenhagen and Stockholm. Danish students will also stay with CVU families for a week in January, allowing for a true exchange program.
Access to the site will be limited during the trip. We will be live blogging to parents and family members with pictures and locations therefore the site will not be public during this time.
Habitat for Humanity - Spring 2018
CVU has sponsored successful Habitat for Humanity trips for more than ten years and we are excited to offer this trip once again to interested students, over the age of sixteen. This year we will be traveling to Winston-Salem, North Carolina over April vacation to participate in their Collegiate Challenge program. We will be leaving on Saturday, April 21st and returning on Sunday April 29th. On both legs of our trip we will be spending a night in Washington, DC. Since we are limited as to the number of students we can bring (20), and interest in the past has been high, we ask that you complete the following application and submit it as soon as possible. Selections are based on a “first come, first served” basis for all eligible students.
